Senior Project Cost Controller
Experienced Project Cost Controller with drive and engagement for our rapidly growing business
We are looking for Senior Project Cost Controllers to support our customers in the greater Copenhagen area. You will typically work as a consultant and as a fully integrated member of the project organization for the duration of the projects you are a part of.
What we are looking for in our next consultant to join our Project Service and Support Team:
- Extensive experience with cost management/controlling in large-scale complex projects, amongst others:
- Establish and communicate processes and procedures within Project Cost Controls to peers and stakeholder
- Control/manage all aspects of a large-scale project including but not limited to construction cost, procurement cost, Services cost, and Owner’s cost
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Interact smoothly and proactively, challenge budgets and inputs from stakeholders to secure high value and accuracy in numbers
- Take ownership and report consistently and accurately to all levels of management of the project/client and to whole project teams
- The right fit in soft skills, such as:
- Collaborative communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills
- Natural leadership skills as in some projects you may lead a team of project cost controllers
- A balanced interest in deep diving into analysis of data and interacting with coworkers to understand the reality behind the numbers
- Energy, natural interest in learning, and a good sense of humor
- The basics:
- PIMS and/or flair for learning new systems
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel including the ability to work with large data sets
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Preferably fluent in Danish too, but not a requirement
- Not required but surely appreciated:
- Experience with Estimating from earlier phases in life science projects
- Experience with Planning and scheduling
- Experience with Risk and Change Management
In this position, some work-related travelling can be expected but it will be at a minimum.
