ABOUT THE POSITION
Aptio Group is currently looking to hire a coordinator, who can provide sublime support to either project team and/or executive leader – to ease the workload and release time for other important decision-making tasks.
We are looking for a person with high integrity, good communication skills and ability to build relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders – internal and external.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Key areas
- Project assistance
- Project management support
- Communications
- Business support
- HR and Office operations.
Key tasks
- Practical work with administration
- MoM
- Communication tasks
- Reporting
- HR related topics
- Planning of meetings / workshops / project activities etc.
- Talent to quality assure work processes and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 – 5 years’ of relevant experience
- B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in relevant technical field, or M.Sc. in a commercial field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards in regulated industries such as pharma & biotech or food, veterinary or other related industries
- Great communication skills and attitude required to work in multidisplinary teams and to represent the company towards customers and partners.
- Strong ability to create networks and build relations
- Candidate preferably with international experience.
- Talent to quality assure work processes and procedures
