Aptio Group is growing, and we are now seeking a versatile Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Hillerød. This role is pivotal in supporting various administrative tasks at the heart of our operations. We are looking for an Administrative Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in handling multiple tasks.

About the job:

As our new Administrative Support Specialist, you will have a significant influence on the position, and it is expected that you are ready to take responsibility for your tasks, taking pride in seeing them through to completion. You should be eager to take independent responsibility to perform your tasks as best as possible and contribute where you can see help is needed.

As our Administrative Support Specialist, you will be performing a wide range of tasks to ensure that the office operates efficiently and that clients receive the best possible service.

 

Your Role in Our Team:

  • Lead the billing process from invoice preparation to review and verification.
  • Compose company CVs: Skillfully compose our company CVs, balancing comprehensive content with clarity.
  • Support and drive or recruitment process.
  • Elevate our QMS System.
  • Navigate through a variety of office ad hoc tasks with agility and a positive outlook, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving prowess.

We work in various systems, and you must therefore be comfortable adapting to new systems. It is important that you have great communication skills and are good expressing yourself. 

Great English and Danish skills is a requirement.

As a person, you are naturally structured and work systematically and organized in your tasks. You are service-minded and welcoming while knowing how to prioritize tasks effectively and meet stringent deadlines. You can handle many tasks at once and are not afraid to take independent responsibility. You have a flexible, team-oriented mindset, ready to tackle various office tasks with enthusiasm and innovation.

You have a background handling administrative task, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector, but not limited to, and some knowledge within HR are preferable.
