Role and Responsibilities:

Aptio Group assigned a consultant, to be responsible for leading the implementation of functional safety standards across the client organization. This consultant provided support to project teams through coaching, training, and addressing safety-related concerns as well as developing templates and guidelines to assist in the implementation process. Additionally, as a team leader, they manage and resolve any blocking points, plan project activities, and ensure successful execution.

To engage and connect with the team involved in the project, the consultant focuses on raising awareness about the importance and purpose of safety within the automotive industry. They include safety activities as integral parts of development and testing processes. By organizing training sessions and educating stakeholders, the consultant builds relationships, establishes effective communication channels, and fosters collaboration among team members.
