The ideal candidate is an engineer with a keen interest in manufacturing technology, who thrives working in capacity expansion projects in the pharma and biotech industry. Obviously, experience in such pharma CapEx projects is an advantage, but candidates with similar experience from other industries are also very attractive to us, since those can bring new technology and know how into our pool of competencies.

Your specific role and assignment in the projects will typically match your competencies and skill level – as well as your potential for development. Examples of assignments could be Equipment Owner, Test Coordinator, Vendor Supervisor or Assistant Project Manager. We work with most of the major Pharma and Biotech companies in Western Europe, so you will get the opportunity to work in project s in your local area as well as in other pharma clusters in Switzerland or abroad.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 2 – 5 years’ of relevant experience – preferably in projects or production support
- Fluency in English
- German and/or French skills is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards in regulated industries such as pharma & biotech or food, veterinary or other related industries
- Communication skills and attitude required to work in multidisplinary teams and to represent the company towards customers and partners
- Curiosity, Ambition, Professionalism and a good sense of Humor
