Valuable advice is provided for future endeavors, emphasizing the importance of clear communication, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.<\/p><p>The project&#8217;s purpose is to ensure the implementation of functional safety standards throughout the client organization. This involves supporting different project teams by providing coaching, training, and addressing concerns related to product safety. The narrative aligns with the objective of achieving safer products and functionalities in the automotive industry.<\/p><p>The goal of the project is to establish a culture of safety within the organization and meet the functional safety standards. This consultant provided support to project teams through coaching, training, and addressing safety-related concerns as well as developing templates and guidelines to assist in the implementation process. Additionally, as a team leader, they manage and resolve any blocking points, plan project activities, and ensure successful execution.<\/p><p>To engage and connect with the team involved in the project, the consultant focuses on raising awareness about the importance and purpose of safety within the automotive industry. They include safety activities as integral parts of development and testing processes.
